Polly Jacobson gave a talk to a joint session of the Yale Linguistics Syntax and Semantics Groups on April 5, 2024.  The talk was entitled "A Categorial Grammar View of Syntactic Categories: Evidence from Surprising Coordinations in English". There was lots of lively discussion and good feedback at the talk which will lead to refinements as the project moves forward.
