On Sunday, May 26th, the Program in Linguistics celebrated the 2024 Linguistics concentrators during Brown University's 256th Commencement. After processing through the streets of College Hill and attending both the College Ceremony and University Ceremony, students and their guests attended the Linguistics Departmental Commencement Ceremony held in the John Hay Reading Room. This event marks the first year that Linguistics has provided students with Bachelor of Science degrees, as well as the first year hosting a departmental ceremony as a program. We are so excited and proud to congratulate all Linguistics concentrators who graduated!
